The Northern regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Daniel Bugri Naabu is said to be in a stable condition after Thursday dawn accident at Laribanga, near Damongo in the West Gonja District.
Mr Naabu was returning home after a campaign trail in the West Gonja District in the Northern region when the accident occurred.
He was said to be in a critical condition.
But in a Facebook post, Tamale Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE), Iddrisu Musah Superior says Mr Naabu is in a stable condition now.
In a pose with the NPP chairman Musah Superior said: “First Pictures @ Tamale Teaching Hospital. … Chairman Bugri is in stable condition. No panic. Pix taken @ TTH.”
